Dr. Amin Esfahani
Board-certified dermatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered dermatologic care to the Central Valley community
Originally from Toronto, Canada, he completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Toronto, where his research focused on the role of nutrition in reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Education & Training
Dr. Esfahani began earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his internship at Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Esfahani completed his dermatology residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident during his final year.
Leadership & Academic Involvement
Throughout his career, he has remained deeply committed to clinical excellence, education, and mentorship.
He has mentored medical students, residents, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, contributed to peer-reviewed medical research and textbook chapters, and served on the Dermatology Review Committee for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
